Continuing our adventure we make our way back towards Melbourne along the Mornington Peninsula where you'll encounter the iconic brightly colored bathing boxes. Originally built as changing houses, these wooden structures have evolved into cherished family heirlooms and are now cherished spots for beachside relaxation. Their vibrant hues have provided a picturesque backdrop for countless swims and leisurely beach days along the stunning Port Phillip Bay. While simple in structure, these historic bathing boxes hold a profound sentimental value, having been passed down through generations.
